This setup comprises a challenge -- usually, one has to light the model in a way that is optimized from the camera position, but if you include the mirror behind the model, you also have to optimize the light from the additional perspective behind the mirror.

Assessment:  I use this kind of lighting setup a lot (both with & without the mirror) -- there is a main light to the left of the camera (in this case, the big soft box) positioned to the model's side, and there is a fill light to the right of the camera (in this case, a tall, narrow strip light) behind the model -- this light provides the highlights along Leona's left side.  It's a very flattering light setup for model, and I think it's one of those rare setups that is good for both the figure and the face at the same time.
