Sitting date:  March 26, 2006

I first met Brooke in May, 2004, when she traveled down from Seattle for a sitting.  She returned later that year, in August, 2004, for a second sitting.  After that, she hasn't returned to town.  So, as I was setting up the Second Annual Get Together For Local Artists & Models, I heard from Brooke -- her travel plans missed the party by about a week, but I jumped on the chance to work with her again.

During Brooke's first visit, we did a "Getting Started" setup, where I have the model pose in the clothes she wore to my door and then photograph her as she removes all her clothing.  I like this setup, because it is exciting, watching a woman removing her clothing, and it's a good ice breaker.  To date, Brooke's initial "getting started" setup is one of my favorites -- the lighting was good, and she looked fabulous.  So, I ask to repeat the experience.

When I first met Brooke, she was only modestly experienced at modeling -- now, two years later, she has more experience, and it shows.  She arrives at this sitting wearing minimal amounts of clothing -- specifically, she wears no underwear.  This way, she avoids having marks in her skin from tight underwear.

Between you & me, I'm always curious whether a models looks have changed when I haven't seen her for a while.  I hadn't seen Brooke for almost two years, and she is still as stunning as she was in 2004.  She has a world-class figure with marvelous skin -- she is quite spectacular.

See?  Here is a favorite from the entire sitting.

While she does appear changed physically unchanged, there is a significant difference.  Brooke seems a lot more confident in her modeling, and there's nothing I find more sexy than confidence.

(And I'm a big fan of "reverse cleavage", where the breast is somewhat covered, but you can see the underside of her breasts).

When Yulia & I worked together about a week earlier, I only used the digital camera, but for Brooke, I made just a few exposures with my film camera.  Here's the first one.

The bad news is that my old computer, to which my old scanner is attached, finally died.  I don't have a driver for the old scanner for my current computer, and I always felt that the old scanner did an exceptional job.  My current printer is actually an all-in-one, and I scanned these images using that scanner.

The film prints are sharp, but using this scanner softens it a bit, probably because the prints are slightly curved, and this scanner won't hold them flat.  Still, it's better than the digital images.  The digital camera always had difficulty focusing in low light.

(Don't know why, but when I scanned these film images, I included more of Brooke's shadow, on the right side of the image.  I guess I like the composition by including that shadow's curve.)

You can see that Brooke's figure is still stunning.

I also observe that, like Yulia, Brooke's belly button is part innie and part outie.

I figure that it is the job of each generation to find a style that annoys the members of the previous generations, be that fashion, music, hair, whatever.  I've got to admit that I do find much of what is fashionable today to be annoying:  for example, tattoos are very popular, and I can't stand them.

But I've got to admit that I love the popular fashion of having very low slung slacks & pants & skirts.  I'm a big fan on flat & muscular bellies, and Brooke has one of the best.

Above, another favorite.

I switch around to a "dog's eye view" perspective -- okay, it's just an excuse to kneel at the feet of a beautiful woman.

(I notice that the digital camera does a better job at focusing when I'm this close.  I apologize for the focus problems during this sitting).

I think Brooke looks stunning from any angle, but there's something about this one that appeals to me a lot.  We make quite a few exposures.

During Yulia's sitting the week earlier, we did something similar, with her fingertip pointing close to the wide angle lens.  This time, however, we made the pose when the camera is low.

I like this a lot.  I like the angles, the distortion, and even the expression on Brook's face.

This scores high on my quirk meter -- let's call it a favorite, too.

Similar idea, and it's another favorite.  One person who got to see a preview of this image commented on how Brooke's breast kinda morphs into what should be her thumb.

I like how Brooke's hair falls over her face & breast.

I've always known that Brooke is quite beautiful, but it was during this sitting where I also see that she is quite sexy.  She is confident, she moves better than ever, and she is quite appealing.

More hair falling on the face pictures below.

One last image, before we move on.

Brooke pulls this off well, but one problem with this wide angle, "dog's eye view" perspective is that it can makes model's butts look big.

Still, I like this image.  That hair falling on her face look is terrific.  She's clearly nude, but you really can't see too much of her naughty girly bits, so that makes the image more than a little sexy & exciting.

I am already having a great time with Brooke.  She is as beautiful as ever, and more confident than I remember.

I remember Yulia's comments from earlier that week, that I should utilize the house a bit more.  I invite Brooke to wander about a bit with me.

This sitting continues with About The House
